My Story

Three years ago, I was completely out of shape. My health had taken a hit, my confidence was low, and even though I was smiling in photos, I didn’t feel good — physically or emotionally. I knew I needed to change, but I didn’t know where to start.

What followed was years of trial and error. I made a lot of mistakes — training too hard, dieting the wrong way, chasing quick fixes that never lasted. At times, it felt frustrating and overwhelming. But over time, I started to figure it out.

I learned how to build muscle without burning myself out. How to lose fat while still feeling energised. And how to improve my health and my physique without extremes or all-or-nothing thinking. That’s why I offer 1-on-1 coaching. I genuinely want to share what I've learned with others. This is what I'm passionate about.

I’ve already taken the long road, made the mistakes, and learned the lessons — so you don’t have to. My role is to guide you, support you, and help you fast-track the process in a way that actually fits your life. No pressure. No perfection. Just steady progress, one step at a time.

I work with you one-on-one to create a plan that fits your lifestyle, goals, and schedule. We start with a consultation to understand your current situation and what you want to achieve. Then, I provide a customised approach that includes nutrition guidance, training plans, and ongoing support — all tailored to your needs.

If you're confused, I'm there. If you need some motivation, I'm there. If you're feeling overwhelmed, I'm there. If you've messed up, I'm there.

You'll have to do the work, but I'll make it as simple and easy as possible to follow and get you to your goals.
